Enrolling in the Deferred Compensation Plan

Each year you elect to participate, you make three elections during the open enrollment window:

Once the window has closed, your deferral elections for 2025 cannot be changed until the next enrollment window. You may want to consult with your personal tax advisor or financial planner before you enroll.

Upcoming enrollment window: December 9-31, 2024

During this window, you can elect to defer:

  1. 2025 base pay
  2. 2025 commissions (if eligible)
  3. Cash bonuses earned during 2025 and paid under the Company Performance Bonus or Executive Annual Incentive Plans

Note: Keep in mind bonuses paid out in the spring were earned in the prior year. If you are a current participant in the plan and elect to participate for next year, the bonus earned this year and paid next year will be included as part of your participation in the plan.

Newly hired or newly eligible? During the first 45 days after you are notified of your eligibility, you can enroll to defer base pay, commissions, and cash bonuses you will earn in 2025. Note that no bonus deferral elections are taken after July 1; no deferral elections for salary or commissions are taken after October 1.
