What you need to do
The Deferred Compensation Plan’s enrollment window opens December 9 and closes December 31,
2024. During this window, you can elect to defer:
- 2025 base pay
- 2025 commissions (if eligible)
- Cash bonus earned in 2025 and paid under the Company Performance Bonus or Executive Annual
Incentive Plans
If you are a newly eligible employee, you can elect to defer base pay, commissions (if eligible), and
cash bonuses earned in 2025. No bonus deferral elections are taken after July 1 and no deferral
elections for salary or commissions are taken after October 1.
Note: Keep in mind bonuses paid out in the spring were earned in the prior year. If you are a
current
participant in the plan and elect to participate for next year, the bonus earned this year and paid next
year will be included as part of your participation in the plan.
If you do not enroll during this special window, no compensation earned in 2025 will be deferred.
